Be a Part of My Someday

I started my first novel when I was in 6th grade. It was, of course, a romance. One of those boy-meets-girl young love stories that culminate in a first kiss at the end.

I never did get to the end. That's been the case with each novel I've started, but I'm ready to turn my life-long dream of writing a novel into reality.

One of the first steps in going from dream to reality is making the dream public. Telling people - saying it out loud - starts the process of accountability.

Some of the people I tell won't care. If it happens, fine. If it doesn't happen, that's fine, too.

But, some of you will care. Some of you will want to follow along, watching, waiting, cheering, and encouraging. Those people are the charter members of my tribe.

You're the ones I'm inviting to follow along - to be a part of making my someday a real day in the not-so-distant future.

I'm not sure how often I'll publish here. If it's too often, feel free to leave a comment and tell me to quit blogging and start writing. I want that to be my focus - getting the stories living in my head on paper so that you can enjoy them, too.
